Our favorite way to root into optimal well being.  Our Immunity Boosting tea is intended to support you before coming down with an illness.

Consider using this blend before travel, if you've been exposed to illness, if you feel the first tingles of something coming on.  

This blend loves a long steep.  To get the most out of the rich berries and rooty herbs we recommend boiling this on the stove top.  Make a little for now and a little for later.

Ingredients: Elderberry, Echinacea, Cinnamon (Ceylon), Licorice Root, Star Anise, Ginger.
